Who handled telecoms before Etisalat?
[edit]History did not begin in 1976, even in the UAE. Who handled "post, telegraph and telephone" for Dubai (and/or the UAE), before Etisalat emerged in 1976. Was there a PTT? What was its full name (in English and Arabic)? Etc.
