State Highway 810

Is state Highway 810 related to U.S. Route 10? The reason I ask this is because 810 is in Bismarck, an area that U.S. 10 used to go through and also I see a County Road 10 on the interactive map on this page going along 5th Avenue east of the eastern terminus of ND 810 and I am also wondering if that has something to do with U.S. 10.
