Complaint regarding product quality and customer service experience

hope this email finds you well.

I'm writing to express my dissatisfaction with both product purchase and the customer service I had received form whirlpool. As long-time customer of your brand , I have always trusted Whirlpool for its reputation for quality and reliability. Unfortunately , my recent experience has left me disappointed.

I purchased Whirlpool REF IFPRO BM INV CNV 370 STEEL ONYX 3S-N (353) on year 2022. Shortly after , I began Experiencing that the items aren't getting cooled in refrigerator. I also repaired the refrigerator last 2 months ago but it's giving the same problem.Despite reaching out to whirlpool's customer service team multiple times, I have yet to recieve a satisfactory resolution. On 13th January 2025 and 15th January 2025, I contacted customer support regarding this matter, but the responses I received have been that you have to give extra charges, service charges etc etc ; Although they gave us 3 months warranty also and they are firing such kind of charges ( our money doesn't grow on money tree for this only ) , and I got so many delay , unhelpful responses and lack of follow-ups.

As a loyal customer, I'm deeply concerned by the quality of the both the product and the customer service I have encountered. I beleive Whirlpool's reputation is built on providing excellent service and high quality products, and my experience has unfortunately not reflected that standerd.

I would greatly appreciate your immediate attention to this issue. I'm hopeful that Whirlpool will work to resolve the situation promptly and restore my confidance int he brand. I'm available for further communication and would welcome a direct discussion to my address concerns. I would also like to send some attachment.
