ALL of the 1800+ Yak-52 (except the first prototype) were manufactured by the Aerostar in Bacau, Romania. Zapacitu, 18 Jan 2007
You shouldn't charge a Yak-52 pneumatic system with nitrogen. The gas is pumped directly into the cylinder head to depress the pistons and nitrogen will not support combustion. Therefore the fuel/gas mix in the cylinder will not fire and the engine will not start. You'd have brakes and flaps, but no engine Kotukunui (talk) 03:28, 26 March 2008 (UTC)
