Usage

This template aims to unify the format of a table containing politicians/ministers.
Parameters:

• "1" for the name of the politician/minister
• "2" for the extra info (function, or area, ...)
• "party"
• "pary-link"
• "color" (of the party): green, lightgreen, blue, darkblue, red, brown, redbrown, orange, white, yellow, purple
• (for ministers) "start" and/or "end" if the minister hasn't been in the government the full term
