Possibly too broad

The background section was boldly expanded recently, and I think that it may have been a bit too broad. The purpose of this template is more or less to navigate to articles that deal with anti-Chinese sentiment/Sinophobia, rather than to touch every article that is related in some way to items for which the Chinese government is criticized (e.g. a link to Forced labour or Chinese intelligence activity abroad).
