Propose adding USAFA emblem to title bar

Although the navbox is university format, USAFA is both an academic and a military institution (serving as a university and as a direct reporting unit for the USAF). The purpose of having the emblem in the title is for ease of sight and navigation for the navbox, and has been standard practice on many military navboxes:

Doing this would better align the USAFA navbox with military navboxes, even if it is an exception to standard MOS for university navboxesGaruda28 (talk) 20:37, 8 February 2018 (UTC)
