The Dark Knight is an upcoming American action thriller film produced, written, and directed by Uwe Boll. It stars Armie Hammer, Costas Mandylor, Jenny Paris, and Benjamin Schnau.

Production
[edit]In January 2025, it was announced that a thriller film produced, written, and directed by Uwe Boll titled The Dark Knight was in pre-production, with Armie Hammer cast in the lead role. Principal photography began on January 27, 2025, in Croatia.[1] In February, Costas Mandylor, Jenny Paris, and Benjamin Schnau joined the cast.[2] Warner Bros. sent Boll a cease-and-desist letter regarding the use of the title The Dark Knight, but he still plans to use it. He said his film is "very different" from Warner Bros.'s 2008 film The Dark Knight.[3]
