The Solarnauts is a 1967 British television drama that was the pilot for a television series that did not eventuate.[1][2]

In August 1966 it was anncouned Edd Byrnes was being sought for the lead role.[3]

Filming started 21 November 1966 at Elstree Studios of ABC.[4]

Premise

Power and Tempo are members of the interstellar Solarnauts who defend the Earth from alien invasions, taking orders from Tri-S. The Solarnauts fight an evil organisation headed by Logik, who is threatening to unleash a poison attack on Mars unless he can secure mining rights. Power and Tempo team up with Kandia to attack Logik’s base.
