This bot updates User:ARandomBot321/URAleaderboard (removals of {{unreferenced}} and {{BLP unreferenced}}) hourly (assuming I didn't mess anything up). The leaderboard is reset monthly.
Also updates User:ARandomBot321/URAyearly hourly, a consolidated version of the monthly leaderboard. It should reset yearly.
