This user believes the Manipur merger was imposed through coercion, and is illegal because the ruling parliament of Manipur was never consulted.
⚠️ WARNING
This user asserts that Jawaharlal Nehru supported policies that inflicted systemic violence—amounting to genocide—of the peoples of Northeast India. He must NOT be celebrated.
This user believes in the ideals of Theyiechüthie Sakhrie —non-violence and forgiveness. We must make peace with the Indian army.
This user believes those who extort and terrorize innocent people are nothing but cowards and criminals, and have no claim to be called freedom fighters — they are the real traitors destroying Northeast India from within.
Hello! I am Adrian! I am of Mara Chin, Kathe (Meitei), and Karbi descent, originally from Assam in Northeast India — a region of breathtaking beauty, rich cultures, and diverse communities. I did my Bachelors in Engineering physics. For a brief time, I had joined the Jawaharlal Nehru University, as a PhD candidate in the Special Centre for the Study of North East India. Needless to say my parents were not at all pleased. I took a drop and decided to pursue a Masters in Finance.
If there are discrepancies in my IP edits, then please note that, it was probably because my younger sister was also using this account to edit. This was before I was aware of Wikipedia Guidelines on Shared accounts.
My maternal grandmother was a refugee from Myanmar who came to Mizoram during the Mizo war for Independence from Indian rule. My maternal grandfather was a Mara from Mizoram who helped relocate and provide safe passage to several displaced Chin refugees. That’s how he met my grandmother, a Kathe (a Meitei from Myanmar).
On my paternal side, I am Karbi, from the Terang clan.

The rolling hills, lush forests, and vibrant festivals of my homeland have shaped who I am. I am deeply passionate about bringing the stories of Northeast India to the world — its history, its traditions, and the unique cultures of its people.
I’m greatly inspired by Rosie Stephenson-Goodknight (User:Rosiestep), whose work in expanding women’s biographies has paved the way for many. I hope to walk a similar path — shining light on the overlooked and giving space to the voices of my region.
