Nik Mohd Hasyudeen is the Co-Founder and Thought Leader at Inovastra, a strategic business advisory company based in Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia. A professional accountant by qualification, Nik Hasyudeen has the passion to facilitate business entities and other organisations to enhance their competitiveness through innovation and strategy.

Nik Hasyudeen served as the President of the Malaysian Institute of Accountants from 2007 until 2009 and is also a member of the Malaysian Accounting Standards Board. In the education sector, Nik was as a member of the Professional Development Panel of the International Centre for Education in Islamic Finance. Presently he is a member of the Board of Advisor of Universiti Sains Malaysia Graduate School of Business.

Internationally, Nik Hasyudeen is the Vice-President of the ASEAN Federation of Accountants. He was a member of the Board of the Confederation of Asia Pacific Accountants. He also serve the CPA Australia Public Practice Advisory Committee.

Nik Hasyudeen is professionally interested in strategic planning, business performance management and risk management.
