About me
As of 2022 I haven't been very active on Wikipedia for a few years now. It no longer feels like the exciting place for an editor/administrator that it once was. However, my enthusiasm for the project has waxed and waned several times before, so I may yet return. I still keep an eye on my watchlist and make the occasional edit. I also try to respond quickly to any comments on my talk page.

About Wikipedia
The English Wikipedia has 113,729 active editors, out of 49,272,134 accounts that have been registered. Countless people have edited without using an account. There are 839 administrators, of whom fewer than 500 are active as of early 2022. Together the community has made 1,290,648,428 edits to 63,327,851 pages, of which just 7,008,130 are articles – so a lot goes on behind the scenes.
An Articles for Creation backlog drive is happening in June 2025, with over 1,600 drafts awaiting review from the past two months.
