Barbara Federica Scremin (born 1 June 1971 in Bassano del Grappa). She is a Researcher of the National Research Council of Italy, Material Foundry Institute in Trieste [1]https://www.iom.cnr.it

In 31 January 2025 she founded a free independent research journal for broad audience (motto: public research for public) called "Ethical Journal of Research" "in poverty". Barbara was born bipolar type 1, diagnosed after a deep manic depressive crisis [5]https://archive.org/details/supsim-strgs-wv-2011-mappa-mentale in 2011 the day of the Tsunami in Japan.

Barbara wrote two books and a letter of recovery (under suitable medical treatment) on 31 December 2024 [6]https://archive.org/details/letter-2024 for her medical psychiatric doctors and for the public with the aim to be of help, and also to help herself.
