Hello. You're invited to participate in The World Destubathon. We're aiming to destub a lot of articles and also improve longer stale articles. It started today on Monday June 16 and will run until Sunday July 13. There is over $3300 going into it, with $500 the top prize and a $300 top prize for most Geography and Place destubs and improvements, with a big focus intended on populated places and districts. If you are interested in winning something to save you money in buying books for future content, or just see it as a good editathon opportunity to see a lot of articles improved for subjects which interest you, sign up on the page in the participants section if interested. Even if you can only manage a few articles they would be very much appreciated and help make the content produced as diverse and broad as possible! ♦ Dr. Blofeld 09:20, 16 June 2025 (UTC)

The article Sargah (disambiguation) has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Disambiguation page not required (WP:ONEOTHER). Primary topic article has a hatnote to the only other use.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. Ivey (talk - contribs) 16:59, 24 June 2025 (UTC)

The article Sefid Savar has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Mass-created article by C46. Source is only the Iranian census, which reports population for locations that are not villages but can instead just be land-marks, farms, bridges, factories, shops, pumps (etc.) Without even having a location for this place it is impossible to verify that this is actually a village. Searching around I see some mountain-summits with this name and possibly this is what is actually referred to, and the location is not a village.
