Welcome to Wikipedia from the Anatomy Wikiproject!
[edit]Welcome to Wikipedia from WikiProject Anatomy! We're a group of editors who strive to improve the quality of anatomy articles here on Wikipedia. One of our members has noticed that you are involved in editing anatomy articles; it's great to have a new interested editor on board. In your wiki-voyages, a few things that may be relevant to editing wikipedia articles are:
- Thanks for coming aboard! We always appreciate a new editor. Feel free to leave us a message at any time on the WikiProject Anatomy talk page. If you are interested in joining the project yourself, there is a participant list where you can sign up. Please leave a message on the talk page if you have any problems, suggestions, would like review of an article, need suggestions for articles to edit, or would like some collaboration when editing!
- You will make a big difference to the quality of information by adding reliable sources. Sourcing anatomy articles is essential and makes a big difference to the quality of articles. And, while you're at it, why not use a book to source information, which can source multiple articles at once!
- We try and use a standard way of arranging the content in each article. That layout is here. These headings let us have a standard way of presenting the information in anatomical articles, indicate what information may have been forgotten, and save angst when trying to decide how to organise an article. That said, this might not suit every article. If in doubt, be bold!
- We write for a general audience. Every reader should be able to understand anatomical articles, so when possible please write in a simple form—most readers do not understand anatomical jargon. See this essay for more details.
Feel free to contact us on the WikiProject Anatomy talk page if you have any problems, or wish to join us. I wish you all the best on your wiki-voyages! Tom (LT) (talk) 00:26, 2 May 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, I'm BracketBot. I have automatically detected that your edit to Balochistan, Pakistan may have broken the syntax by modifying 2 "{}"s. If you have, don't worry: just edit the page again to fix it. If I misunderstood what happened, or if you have any questions, you can leave a message on my operator's talk page.

[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be engaged in an edit war with one or more editors according to your reverts at Two-nation theory. Although repeatedly reverting or undoing another editor's contributions may seem necessary to protect your preferred version of a page, on Wikipedia this is usually seen as obstructing the normal editing process, and often creates animosity between editors. Instead of edit warring, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.
If editors continue to revert to their preferred version they are likely to lose editing privileges. This isn't done to punish an editor, but to prevent the disruption caused by edit warring. In particular, editors should be aware of the three-revert rule, which says that an editor must not perform more than three reverts on a single page within a 24-hour period. Edit warring on Wikipedia is not acceptable in any amount, and violating the three-revert rule is very likely to lead to a loss of editing privileges. Thank you. Reinstating copyright violations
[edit]Hello MalikAttaRasool, can you explain why you have reinstated the WP:COPYVIO text that I justed deleted at the Junagadh page? -- Kautilya3 (talk) 10:50, 17 May 2016 (UTC)
May 2016
[edit]Hello, I'm Bharatiya29. Wikipedia is written by people who have a wide diversity of opinions, but we try hard to make sure articles have a neutral point of view. Your recent edit to Junagadh seemed less than neutral to me, so I removed it for now. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Thank you. Bharatiya29 11:10, 17 May 2016 (UTC)
ARBIPA sanctions alert
[edit]Please carefully read this information:
The Arbitration Committee has authorised discretionary sanctions to be used for pages regarding India, Pakistan, and Afghanistan, a topic which you have edited. The Committee's decision is here.

Administrators may impose sanctions such as editing restrictions, bans, or blocks. This message is to notify you sanctions are authorised for the topic you are editing. Before continuing to edit this topic, please familiarise yourself with the discretionary sanctions system. Don't hesitate to contact me or another editor if you have any questions.--regentspark (comment) 14:17, 18 May 2016 (UTC)Editing restrictions on Kashmir Conflict

Please also note that there are additional editing restrictions in place on all articles relating to the Kashmir conflict. You can view those restrictions here. Disambiguation link notification for May 19
[edit]Hi. Thank you for your recent edits. Wikipedia appreciates your help. We noticed though that when you edited Inter-Services Intelligence, you added a link pointing to the disambiguation page RAW. Such links are almost always unintended, since a disambiguation page is merely a list of "Did you mean..." article titles. Read the FAQ • Join us at the DPL WikiProject.

[edit]Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to Inter-Services Intelligence. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view policy and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. Terms like "hostile networks" promote a specific point of view and are not neutral. Bharatiya29 12:19, 19 May 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Hi MalikAttaRasool, I notice that you have been editing disambiguation pages and adding content to them. Please note that the disambiguation pages are merely meant as pointers to existing articles. There should be no content in them.
Secondly, in all WP:WikiProject India pages, there should be no indic scripts in them, including Urdu/Nastaliq. For pages jointly managed by WikiProject India and WikiProject Pakistan, it is fine to have Urdu and Hindi.
Finally, note that, for all Indo-Pakistan conflict pages concerning Kashmir, there are edit-restrictions in effect, which you can find on Talk:Kashmir conflict. You need to be very careful in editing those pages. All the best. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 06:05, 6 June 2016 (UTC)
@ Dear Kautilya3 , There are so many people who speak Urdu in Bharat/India. Therefore, to add clarity to articles different terms which are clearly understood in Urdu need to be written in Urdu script irrespective of the fact, you like Urdu or not! MalikAttaRasool (talk) 07:00, 6 June 2016 (UTC)
- Please click on the link above for "no indic scripts" and read the policy. You have already been informed of the ARBIPA sanctions, and I emphasise that you are required to follow all the established policies of Wikipedia. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 07:18, 6 June 2016 (UTC)
- Pinging RegentsPark for additional advice. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 07:19, 6 June 2016 (UTC)

[edit]Hello, and welcome to Wikipedia. You appear to be repeatedly reverting or undoing other editors' contributions at Indo-Pakistani War of 1947. Instead of reverting, please discuss the situation with the editor(s) involved and try to reach a consensus on the talk page.

Kautilya3 (talk) 07:15, 6 June 2016 (UTC) @ Dear Kautilya3, I have explained the correct use of terms by quoting the work of many scholars that it is not 'Indo- Pakistani' but Indo- Pak. You still bent upon insisting wrong use of terms!! may God help you. bye
Indo-Pak
[edit]MalikAttaRasool, first mentions should correspond to the title of the article. Please don't change them without first requesting a move at WP:RM. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked. Also, please don't add indic scripts in the lead of India articles. If you continue to do so, you will be blocked. --regentspark (comment) 13:13, 6 June 2016 (UTC) @ RegentsPark, please avoid threats and tell me exactly you are talking about which page MalikAttaRasool (talk) 07:17, 7 June 2016 (UTC)
- This is not meant as a threat but as a definitive result if you repeat your behavior. The page in question, re the article title, is Indo-Pakistani War of 1947. As for indic scripts, doubtless you know where you've been adding them. --regentspark (comment) 13:57, 7 June 2016 (UTC)
@ RegentsPark Indo- Pakistani is wrong combination. No scholar has ever used it like this. Indo is short word for India and Pak a shorten form for Pakistan. So the correct combination is Indo-Pak. May I quote scholarly work of few authors. Chari, P. R. (1995). Indo-Pak Nuclear Standoff, the Role of the United States. Manohar Publishers. Bindra, Sukhawant Singh. Indo-Pak Relations: Tashkent to Simla Agreement. Deep & Deep Publications, 1981. Sundarji, Krishnaswami. Blind Men of Hindoostan: Indo-Pak Nuclear War. UBS Publishers Distributors (P), Limited, 1993. Kalra, Virinder S., and Navtej Purewal. "The Strut of the Peacock: Partition, Travel and the Indo-Pak Border." (1999).
Western scholars have also used the combination of Indo-Pak as follows. Reddy, C. Rammanohar. "Indo–Pak defence spending." S Asian J (2005). Gehlot, N. S., and Anu Satsangi. Indo-Pak Relations: Twists and Turns from Partition to Agra Summit and Beyond. Deep and Deep Publications, 2004. Kalis, Naseer Ahmed, and Shaheen Showkat Dar. "Geo-political Significance of Kashmir: An overview of Indo-Pak Relations." IOSR Journal of Humanities and Social Science. I am sure you are convinced for correct usage of Indo-Pak. MalikAttaRasool (talk) 08:53, 8 June 2016 (UTC)
- That may be the case. All I'm saying is that the article will need to move to Indo-Pak War of 1947 before you can change the wording in the lead. You can propose a move (see WP:RM) on the talk page giving your sources as evidence. But you can't have one title and something different in the lead. --regentspark (comment) 12:48, 8 June 2016 (UTC)
@MalikAttaRasool: I see you did not edit after this. Please do not get discouraged by these messages. There are proper procedures for article name changes and also something like the change you were proposing requires a wider consensus. This should not deter you from making other positive contributions. Sheriff | ☎ 911 | 06:06, 6 July 2016 (UTC)

ARBIPA sanctions reminder
[edit]Daer MalikAttaRasool, You have been alerted to the ARBIPA sanctions by RegentsPark. Please avoid adding contentious WP:OR to articles as you have done here at Insurgency in Jammu and Kashmir. Repeated behaviour like this will be sanctionable. -- Kautilya3 (talk) 12:00, 5 August 2016 (UTC)
Dear Kautilya3 what is the root cause of Kashmir Insurgency? Is it not unfinished agenda of partition of sub continent? Don't you know the UN resolution on the Kashmir? I had correctly improved the article's content but you have undid the revision.!! bad
2016 Uri attacks
[edit]Please do not add commentary or your own personal analysis to Wikipedia articles, as you did to 2016_Uri_attack. Doing so violates Wikipedia's neutral point of view and breaches the formal tone expected in an encyclopedia. As you have been already alerted to the ARBIPA sanctions by RegentsPark and warned again for breaching the same by Kautilya3, you are heading close to being sanctionable. What part of wp:Talk page guidelines does that fall under? See WP:NOTFORUM Talk pages are for discussing improvements to the article, not for one's views on a subject. I informed the editor of this. Jim1138 (talk) 07:16, 7 November 2016 (UTC)
Signing your comments
[edit]Hello and welcome to Wikipedia. When you add content to talk pages and Wikipedia pages that have open discussion (but never when editing articles), please be sure to sign your posts. There are two ways to do this. Either:
- Add four tildes ( ~~~~ ) at the end of your comment; or
- With the cursor positioned at the end of your comment, click on the signature button ( or ) located above the edit window.
This will automatically insert a signature with your username or IP address and the time you posted the comment. This information is necessary to allow other editors to easily see who wrote what and when.

[edit]Please do not remove content or templates from pages on Wikipedia, as you did to Qamar Javed Bajwa, without giving a valid reason for the removal in the edit summary. Your content removal does not appear to be constructive and has been reverted. If you only meant to make a test edit, please use the sandbox for that. Thank you. Saqib (talk) 07:25, 11 January 2017 (UTC)
- Assalamo alakum dear Saqib, thank you for your guidance and concern but I believe it is unnecessary details which I have removed. Info box is littered with unnessary details. photo would be good addition. Malik Atta 07:28, 11 January 2017 (UTC)
- Hi, you removed "However, he lack the experience of armed conflict because he has never been posted in a war zone area." This is information reliable sourced in Dawn newspaper and is necessary in my opinion to make the bio page look balanced and neutral. As for infobox, I've replaced it with military-related one. Thank you --Saqib (talk) 07:47, 11 January 2017 (UTC)
