Yes, you may be blocked entirely from editing Wikipedia. I'd recommend taking this to the link there, rather than discussin it here. It's possible you could explain your side, or explain that you didn't understand the way to edit wikipedia and will make a sincere effort to work on it, but given the five warnings above you ignored I'm not sure.
