Orphaned non-free image (Image:Bioclues.jpg)
[edit]Thanks for uploading Image:Bioclues.jpg. The image description page currently specifies that the image is non-free and may only be used on Wikipedia under a claim of fair use. However, the image is currently orphaned, meaning that it is not used in any articles on Wikipedia. If the image was previously in an article, please go to the article and see why it was removed. You may add it back if you think that that will be useful. However, please note that images for which a replacement could be created are not acceptable for use on Wikipedia (see our policy for non-free media).
If you have uploaded other unlicensed media, please check whether they're used in any articles or not. You can find a list of 'image' pages you have edited by clicking on the "my contributions" link (it is located at the very top of any Wikipedia page when you are logged in), and then selecting "Image" from the dropdown box. Note that any non-free images not used in any articles will be deleted after seven days, as described on criteria for speedy deletion. Thank you. BetacommandBot 14:39, 16 June 2007 (UTC)
A tag has been placed on Prash requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section A7 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article appears to be about a person or group of people, but it does not indicate how or why the subject is important or significant: that is, why an article about that subject should be included in an encyclopedia. Under the criteria for speedy deletion, such articles may be deleted at any time. Please see the guidelines for what is generally accepted as notable, as well as our subject-specific notability guideline for biographies.
If you think that this notice was placed here in error, you may contest the deletion by adding {{hangon}}
to the top of the page that has been nominated for deletion (just below the existing speedy deletion or "db" tag), coupled with adding a note on the talk page explaining your position, but be aware that once tagged for speedy deletion, if the article meets the criterion it may be deleted without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag yourself, but don't hesitate to add information to the article that would would render it more in conformance with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Lastly, please note that if the article does get deleted, you can contact one of these admins to request that a copy be emailed to you. TheLetterM (talk) 12:01, 19 December 2008 (UTC)

Hello, Prashbio. I wanted to let you know that I’m proposing an article that you started, Haja Kadarmideen, for deletion because it's a biography of a living person that lacks references. If you don't want Haja Kadarmideen to be deleted, please add a reference to the article.
If you don't understand this message, you can leave a note on my talk page.

Speedy deletion nomination of Bioinformatics Organization
[edit]If this is the first article that you have created, you may want to read the guide to writing your first article.
You may want to consider using the Article Wizard to help you create articles.
A tag has been placed on Bioinformatics Organization requesting that it be speedily deleted from Wikipedia. This has been done under section G12 of the criteria for speedy deletion, because the article or image appears to be a clear copyright infringement. This article or image appears to be a direct copy from https://www.bioinformatics.org/wiki/Bioinformatics_Organization. For legal reasons, we cannot accept copyrighted text or images borrowed from other web sites or printed material, and as a consequence, your addition will most likely be deleted. You may use external websites or other printed material as a source of information, but not as a source of sentences. This part is crucial: say it in your own words. Wikipedia takes copyright violations very seriously and persistent violators will be blocked from editing.
If the external website or image belongs to you, and you want to allow Wikipedia to use the text or image — which means allowing other people to modify it — then you must verify that externally by one of the processes explained at Wikipedia:Donating copyrighted materials. If you are not the owner of the external website or image but have permission from that owner, see Wikipedia:Requesting copyright permission. You might want to look at Wikipedia's policies and guidelines for more details, or ask a question here.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason, you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and clicking the button labelled "Contest this speedy deletion". This will give you the opportunity to explain why you believe the page should not be deleted. However, be aware that once a page is tagged for speedy deletion, it may be removed without delay. Please do not remove the speedy deletion tag from the page yourself, but do not hesitate to add information in line with Wikipedia's policies and guidelines. Speedy deletion nomination of Asia Pacific Bioinformatics Network
[edit]Hello Prashbio,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Asia Pacific Bioinformatics Network for deletion, because it seems to be copied from another source.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to rewrite it in your own words, you can contest this deletion, but please don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.

APBioNet article

Fifth busiest airport of India
[edit]Hi. I came to notice that you changed rank of Rajiv Gandhi International Airport from sixth to fifth in the lead of that article. So far, we have the latest annual figures for only Apr'15 to Mar'16 and according to them, Hyderabad airport is sixth busiest (11.9 million passengers) while Kolkata airport is fifth busiest (12.4 million passengers). See the source.[1] Of couse, Hyderabad airport has overtaken Kolkata airport in terms of passenger traffic for first six months of 2016 (See List of busiest airports in India by passenger traffic), but AAI releases annual or yearly figures for April to March only because for them, the calendar year (CY) is from April to March and not from January to December. Until and unless they publish figures for CY April'2016 to March'2017, you can't alter the current figures or the rankings based on those figures. It affects notability of article and also results in conflicting of facts. I hope you got my point. Thank you. Vibhss (talk) 20:15, 26 January 2017 (UTC)
