- Don't be afraid to edit! Just find something that can be improved and make it better. Other editors will help fix any mistakes you make.
- It's normal to feel a little overwhelmed, but don't worry if you don't understand everything at first—it's fine to edit using common sense.
- If an edit you make is reverted, you can discuss the issue at the article's talk page. Be civil, and don't restore the edit unless there is consensus.
- Always use edit summaries to explain your changes.
- When adding new content to an article, always include a citation to a reliable source.
- If you wish to edit about a subject with which you are affiliated, read our conflict of interest guide and disclose your connection.

Hi, ReclaimEC1. I am curious about this edit that you made to the Mornflake article. You made it the day after I tagged and proposed deletion of an article (Guild of Young Freemen) that you had edited extensively, after which I made a small update to the Mornflake article, and you have then promptly added the same tags and proposed deletion of it. Given your previous edit history has been entirely focused on City of London-related matters, it seems strange that your first and only AfD proposal should target that particular article. Please explain. Paul W (talk) 17:56, 15 May 2025 (UTC)

[edit] Welcome to Wikipedia. I noticed that your username, "ReclaimEC1", may not meet Wikipedia's username policy because Reclaim EC1 says "ReclaimEC1 is a collaborative editorial project led by a group of journalists and researchers". If you believe that your username does not violate our policy, please leave a note here explaining why. As an alternative, you may ask for a change of username by completing the form at Special:GlobalRenameRequest, or you may simply create a new account for editing. A username must represent an individual person - not "a group of journalists and researchers" Paul W (talk) 22:23, 15 May 2025 (UTC)
- Thank you that is most helpful, apologies. Still new to all of it. ReclaimEC1 (talk) 22:26, 15 May 2025 (UTC)
Hello, I'm ArachnidInner. An edit that you recently made to Guild of Young Freemen seemed to be a test and has been reverted. If you want to practice editing, please use your sandbox. If you think I made a mistake, or if you have any questions, you can leave me a message on my talk page. Hey there, please specify a cadet unit. Different guilds support different units. - Thanks it wasn’t my page I was just trying to improve it. ReclaimEC1 (talk) 13:07, 17 May 2025 (UTC)
