[edit] Hello. Your recent edit appears to have added a non-notable entity to a list that normally includes only notable entries. In general, a person, organization or product added to a list should have a pre-existing article before being added to most lists. If you wish to create such an article, please first confirm that the subject qualifies for a separate, stand-alone article according to Wikipedia's notability guideline. Thank you. - Hi MrOllie, this is about a spinoff product of the Intel Integrated Performance Primitives Library (Intel IPP) / https://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Integrated_Performance_Primitives
- Shall I add an extra chapter to that wiki page or create a new notable entry? Roboima (talk) 20:17, 31 January 2025 (UTC)
- I hope the edits that were just reversed are saved somewhere? Or would I have to recreate them from scratch? Roboima (talk) 20:19, 31 January 2025 (UTC)
- Looking forward to your guidance- Thank you. Roboima (talk) 20:24, 31 January 2025 (UTC)
- After reading the guidelines I do believe that the Intel Cryptography Primitives Library

- Is there anything else I need to consider or another moderator I should reach out to before creating a dedicated article for it?
- Again, looking forward to your guidance. Thank you. Roboima (talk) 06:26, 1 February 2025 (UTC)
Hello, Roboima
Welcome to Wikipedia! I edit here too, under the username ViridianPenguin, and I thank you for your contributions.
I wanted to let you know, however, that I've proposed an article that you started, Cryptography Primitives Library, for deletion because it meets one or more of our deletion criteria, and I don't think that it is suitable for inclusion in the encyclopedia. The particular issue can be found in the notice that is now visible at the top of the article.
If you wish to contest the deletion:
- Edit the page
- Remove the text that looks like this:
{{proposed deletion/dated...}}
- Click the button.
If you object to the article's deletion, please remember to explain why you think the article should be kept on the article's talk page and improve the page to address the issues raised in the deletion notice. Otherwise, it may be deleted later by other means.
If you have any questions, please leave a comment here and prepend it with {{Re|ViridianPenguin}}
. And remember to sign your reply with ~~~~
. Thanks!
