Fischer book about the Federalist Party
[edit]Tony, please respond here. -- Valjean (talk) (PING me) 17:25, 5 May 2024 (UTC)
- thanks for pinging me. I think the first ping was not received because WP tags are case-sensitive. (my username is red-linked on the other page) Tonymetz 💬 19:29, 5 May 2024 (UTC)

[edit]You currently appear to be engaged in an edit war according to the reverts you have made on Wikipedia:Village pump (WMF). This means that you are repeatedly changing content back to how you think it should be although other editors disagree. Users are expected to collaborate with others, to avoid editing disruptively, and to try to reach a consensus, rather than repeatedly undoing other users' edits once it is known that there is a disagreement.
Points to note:
- Edit warring is disruptive regardless of how many reverts you have made;
- Do not edit war even if you believe you are right.
If you find yourself in an editing dispute, use the article's talk page to discuss controversial changes and work towards a version that represents consensus among editors. You can post a request for help at an appropriate noticeboard or seek dispute resolution. In some cases, it may be appropriate to request temporary page protection. If you engage in an edit war, you may be blocked from editing. –Novem Linguae (talk) 17:26, 10 June 2024 (UTC)
Revert
[edit]Your revert [1] of an IP with one edit restored an edit that violated WP:NOTAFORUM and WP:CIV as well as being nonconstructive. We get a massive number of edits like this daily and they are removed. O3000, Ret. (talk) 20:54, 13 September 2024 (UTC)
- thanks for the guidance. In the future can you write a better description with those points? only "undid" was shown, with no reasoning. Tonymetz 💬 23:50, 14 September 2024 (UTC)
- True. We delete so many it becomes automatic. O3000, Ret. (talk) 00:09, 15 September 2024 (UTC)
