Help with the TCD page

[edit]

Hi WW2, can please help make Trinity College Dublin page a GA article? Good Article attempt is going on. I putted many good improvement too. Do you know other Dublin specialist editors, who maybe also help? SeanBeans1981 (talk) 13:14, 28 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

SeanBeans1981 sorry but I don't have enough knowledge of the topic or time to tease out sources but may just try to fill in occasional citations. Personally I would have thought that when adding prose you would have also found and added appropriate citations as necessary instead of just placing "citation needed" templates in the article. ww2censor (talk) 16:31, 28 February 2025 (UTC)[reply]

Image upload request

[edit]

Would you please be able to upload to Commons a Geograph image? I'd like to use at an En-Wiki article. It's here. No urgency. Thanks in anticipation.-- 82.13.47.210 (talk) 08:45, 6 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]

82.13.47.210: I'm sorry but no I won't upload that image because the photo feature a 2D image of a design that is likely copyright under UK copyright law concerning Freedom of panorama per w:Template:FoP-UK. This applies even though the image has been released under a free licence by the photographer who may not understand the FOP issue. ww2censor (talk) 23:32, 7 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
Many thanks - that's new to me, but I will be sure to recall it in the future.--82.13.47.210 (talk) 10:21, 9 March 2025 (UTC)[reply]
