Can't unblock a user longer than 50 characters.

UTRS gets an error when you enter a username longer than 50 charcters even though usernames can be longer than 50 characters. Is this a bug or is this intentional? 1.129.110.121 (talk) 00:55, 20 October 2024 (UTC)[reply]

Unable to get unblocked

Unable to locate block

I’m being blocked via my AT&T home WiFi. I submitted a request with my IPv6, and it stated unable to find block. I then updated with my IPv4, which worked for a moment. Then the page updated stating the same (unable to find block). I have a fairly static IPv4. The IPv6 rotates. I encountered this for the first time today around 8:44 am while attempting to edit the Talk Page for Sodium Bicarbonate. I’m a longtime, established editor. CU blocks

Right now there is an annoying message on WP:SPI about how there are 10 requests for CU help in the UTRS interface.

How does one go about helping on UTRS? When I looked last (as documented at User talk:Izno#UTRS appeal #100071), I did not see a way to provide assistance and it seemed there was some confusion around how to gain access to the "tools" as it were on UTRS. Izno (talk) 17:13, 7 May 2025 (UTC)[reply]
