Low Thian Seng (born 1951) is a Malaysian martial artist and aikido instructor. He is the founder of Aikido Heaven & Earth Juku (Tenchijuku Budo Center) and has served as the President of the Malaysia Aikido Association from 2009 to 2017.

In 2015, he was awarded the Order of the Rising Sun, Gold and Silver Rays by the Emperor of Japan for his contributions to the promotion of aikido and enhancing cultural relations between Japan and Malaysia. This decoration is one of Japan's highest honors awarded to foreign nationals. [1]
