Hello, BATTLECRUISER OPERATIONAL. The leader of the House is the Speaker of the House. The leader of the Senate is the Senate Majority Leader. Eric Cantor, though quite high in the leadership, never served in either of those roles. Steny Hoyer has the role that Eric Cantor once held, and nobody calls him the leader of the chamber. Schumer should be listed as "the first Jewish-American leader of their caucus" as Senate Majority Leader is a higher distinction than House Majority Leader. HelloMyNameIs1233 (talk) 03:00, 4 January 2023 (UTC)

The article already mentions his support for full legalization and two bills he introduced to accomplish that. The banking bill is a much milder reform and he is not even listed as a cosponsor for it. I wouldn't add it to the article at this point.--Jamesy0627144 (talk) 17:55, 18 July 2023 (UTC)

Protest photos

There was a protest across from Schumer's Brooklyn home last week, urging him to do more to limit Trump/Musk (see e.g. Brooklyn Eagle). I got some photos, and thought about finding a spot for a {{multiple image}} of the first two below (front of the protesters, and behind them, viewing the building where Schumer lives), but I don't see an obvious place to put them (or any of them). I'll put them here for others to decide (whether to put one in this article or some other article).

@Marcus Markup: the issue is it's not clear where they should go. Certainly they should only be included if also adding a line along the lines of "During the second Trump administration, Schumer received criticism from some in his party for doing too little to intervene with actions taken by Trump and Musk." (sources e.g. [1] [2] [3] [4] [5] -- last one about this event in particular, but just a local source).
