Untitled

I have been writing to Birmingham city council to ask if I can use images on the website on articles such as this one. I was unsure as some had copyrights whilst the majority did not. There is also no copyright on the information. I could have taken it however, I did not want to take the chance and I wanted to be sure. I am placing this on this page because the image I want to get is an old image on it before Centenary Square had been landscaped and many of the surrounding buildings had been built.
