150 Years

The "150 years" claim is probably incorrect. José S. Azevedo purchased the land in 1896. 2021-1896=125. The math doesn't appear to work out. fintler (talk) 04:47, 28 October 2020 (UTC)[reply]

@Fintler: After looking into it I agree. The 150 years claim was a direct quote from Batista Vierira in the UC Berkeley oral history transcripts, but he likely misspoke personally, as all other sources point to 1896 as the beginning of the family presence on the hill.
