First of all, existence of something incorrect does not allow addition of more incorrect. Second, I do not know what you are talking about, so I cannot answer. You must provide wikilinks. A genetric answer is that redlinks are allowed for things notable enough so that articles may be written in the future, see WP:REDLINK. This is often seen in navigation templates: people know that things exist, but there is insufficient workforce; see, eg.,
