[edit]Hi Moondragon21. Thank you for your work on Casey Farrell. Another editor, Klbrain, has reviewed it as part of new pages patrol and left the following comment:
Thanks for the creating this page for Farrell. While he hasn't been elected to a federal seat, there is sufficient coverage in independent sources to justify including (as there is for most Australian state politicians).

Review started for DYK nomination of Migration background
[edit]Hello, I've started the review of Template:Did you know nominations/Migration background. There are some small problems with the citing of the article. I'll watch it and be on the look out for all paragraphs getting cited. Overall, good work. 🌿MtBotany (talk) 19:23, 11 March 2025 (UTC)

Accidental overwrite
[edit]Hello @Moondragon21, I want to apologize because I believe I have overwritten your edit on Sahra Wagenknecht Alliance. I have a pretty sloppy way of editing where I make quite ambitious edits and often search for sources on the spot. Add procrastination to that, and it might take me hours. I just pushed my edit in and my heart sank when I saw the edit conflict message. I just said "oh well" and pushed it through. Feel free to correct anything. Sorry! 2025 Italian local elections
[edit]The article 2025 Italian local elections which you translated, has 27 links to your user-page. I am not sure what the purpose of these is/is meant to be, so do not want to mass delete them, but please reword/remove them, as we do not allow links to user pages in our articles as per MOS:DRAFTNOLINK - Thank you - Arjayay (talk) 10:51, 27 March 2025 (UTC)

Speedy deletion nomination of Bianca Mayer
[edit]Hello Moondragon21,
I wanted to let you know that I just tagged Bianca Mayer for deletion, because the article doesn't clearly indicate why the subject is important enough to be included in an encyclopedia.
If you feel that the article shouldn't be deleted and want more time to work on it, you can contest this deletion, but don't remove the speedy deletion tag from the top.
You can leave a note on my talk page if you have questions. Thanks!

Hi Moondragon, I came across that cat you made and have started filling it up. What is your plan with it? Subcats similar to Category:Candidates for President of the United States or just that one cat for now? Nobody (talk) 08:57, 24 April 2025 (UTC)
- Hi Nobody. I based it on Category:Political candidates by nationality. This category is replicated on German Wikipedia so I think it can remain as one category for now. It could be subcategorised if it gets too big. Moondragon21 (talk) 21:04, 24 April 2025 (UTC)
- Makes sense. I also added {{All included}} to Members of the Federal Council and started to create the subcats for the different minister positions that were missing (Defence ministers of Switzerland and Justice ministers of Switzerland). I'll probably create the last two today. Nobody (talk) 05:10, 25 April 2025 (UTC)
- Category:Candidates for the Federal Council (Switzerland) should now have all the ones that are known to have received votes. I didn't add those that announced their candidacy, but didn't receive their party nomination or any votes (like Evi Allemann for example). Nobody (talk) 08:32, 25 April 2025 (UTC)
- Thanks! Looks great Moondragon21 (talk) 23:16, 25 April 2025 (UTC)

The article Joe Mizzi has been proposed for deletion because it appears to have no references. Under Wikipedia policy, this biography of a living person will be deleted after seven days unless it has at least one reference to a reliable source that directly supports material in the article.
If you created the article, please don't be offended. Instead, consider improving the article. For help on inserting references, see Referencing for beginners, or ask at the help desk. Once you have provided at least one reliable source, you may remove the {{prod blp/dated}} tag. Please do not remove the tag unless the article is sourced. If you cannot provide such a source within seven days, the article may be deleted, but you can request that it be undeleted when you are ready to add one. A tag has been placed on Category:Lists of German MPs who were defeated by election indicating that it is currently empty, and is not a disambiguation category, a category redirect, under discussion at Categories for discussion, or a project category that by its nature may become empty on occasion. If it remains empty for seven days or more, it may be deleted under section C1 of the criteria for speedy deletion.
If you think this page should not be deleted for this reason you may contest the nomination by visiting the page and removing the speedy deletion tag. Liz Read! Talk! 18:14, 29 April 2025 (UTC)

Hello Moondragon21,
the source cited by you says "71.7% counted". If I understand correctly, there are no official final election results yet. Tom Venning moved to draftspace
[edit]An article you recently created, Tom Venning, is not suitable as written to remain published. It needs more citations from reliable, independent sources. (?) Information that can't be referenced should be removed (verifiability is of central importance on Wikipedia). I've moved your draft to draftspace (with a prefix of "Draft:
" before the article title) where you can incubate the article with minimal disruption. When you feel the article meets Wikipedia's general notability guideline and thus is ready for mainspace, please click on the "Submit your draft for review!" button at the top of the page. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 14:11, 3 May 2025 (UTC)
- Why did you move the page unilaterally when I was mid edit? Moondragon21 (talk) 14:15, 3 May 2025 (UTC)
- When you clicked "Publish changes", was there any warning or notice about the page not existing anymore? ~ ToBeFree (talk) 14:22, 3 May 2025 (UTC)

- Okay Moondragon21 (talk) 14:27, 3 May 2025 (UTC)
- Moondragon21, the history merge request is still open and I can fix the mess I've created by deleting the article, moving the draft there, deleting the result as well and then restoring all revisions that are on the page. I think this is an uncontroversial action that, if at all, would be something the person who moved the article to draftspace could complain about (and I obviously don't). However, as we've been in a (little) conflict about this together, that would be a pretty involved administrative action. If there are any objections from your side to this, I'm prohibited from doing it. ~ ToBeFree (talk) 19:49, 4 May 2025 (UTC)

War on drugs in Ecuador
[edit]
The article War on drugs in Ecuador has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
There is no official declaration of war against drug trafficking in Ecuador.

You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.

The article Theryn Meyer has been proposed for deletion because of the following concern:
Insufficiently notable for a BLP. The article relies on unreliable sources and, while not bad enough to be speedily deletable as a full-throated attack page, it seems determined to paint the subject in a bad light. Pointing out that she attended a boys' school in the very first sentence is gratuitous and likely indicative of animus. This is mostly just old drama content. The notability shown by Reliable Sources is low, not zero but not close to justifying an article. The subject has not been active in public life for a while so there is very little reason to think that notability will increase. If it does then that would be the time to make an article.
While all constructive contributions to Wikipedia are appreciated, pages may be deleted for any of several reasons.
You may prevent the proposed deletion by removing the {{proposed deletion/dated}}
notice, but please explain why in your edit summary or on the article's talk page.
Please consider improving the page to address the issues raised. Removing {{proposed deletion/dated}}
will stop the proposed deletion process, but other deletion processes exist. In particular, the speedy deletion process can result in deletion without discussion, and articles for deletion allows discussion to reach consensus for deletion. DanielRigal (talk) 18:09, 3 June 2025 (UTC)
- DanielRigal Apologies. I did not mean to create an "attack page" I remember following Theryn back in the day and started it as part of women in red for Wiki Loves Pride. I have merged the page into Honey badger (men's rights) as there was already a mention there. Moondragon21 (talk) 18:27, 3 June 2025 (UTC)
